Do I need to wash my hair before the appointment?
For the Signature Bounce Blow Dry, please arrive with hair freshly washed and ready for styling. If you would like a wash included, choose the Wash + Signature Bounce Blow Dry.
Do you offer mobile appointments?
Yes. Gabby offers home-based appointments in Roath and mobile appointments across Cardiff.
How much is mobile travel?
Mobile travel starts from £5. The final cost depends on your location, appointment time and any parking requirements.
Do you work with extensions?
Yes. Extensions, particularly long hair or particularly thick hair may require extra time and a +£5 add-on.
Can I book an evening appointment?
Early or late appointments may be available where applicable. A +£10 out-of-hours add-on may apply.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Contact Gabby as soon as circumstances change.
How do packages work?

At least 24 hours' notice is requested for rescheduling or cancellation. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the appointment or package session being treated as used.
Clients should contact Gabby as soon as possible if circumstances change.
